Sandro Botticelli was one of the great masters of the Italian Renaissance, born in Florence around 1445 and died in 1510. Recognized for his timeless masterpieces, Botticelli is especially famous for his mythological and religious paintings, such as “The Birth of Venus” and “Primavera”.
